Travel Insurance - Don't cheap out

Being young, working on a budget and essentially thinking “that can't happen to us”, we were so happy Trevor recommended we spend the extra little bit on travel insurance.  So “it” happened.  Going down the water slide, my travel companion landed wrong and couldn't get out.  He was rushed to the hospital paralyzed and eventually medevac'ed home.  Trevor warned us, being in that business as well, an accident or illness could cost tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars without coverage.  He was right.  I asked the flight crew how much the air ambulance costs and they told me it was about $75,000 USD alone.  Then there was the hospital bills that made that look like a bargain.  Glad we listened to Trevor.

Trevor is very knowledgeable and patient.  While our dream trip turned into a nightmare, Trevor was able to help us navigate through everything in a way I don't think other agents could.  

It is a long slow recovery process but we are seeing improvements.

Wheelchair traveller - Thank you Trevor!

After a miserable experience on my last trip, and false promises by the travel company, I contacted Trevor for my next trip.  I am in a wheelchair.  As most people know, transfers from the airport to a resort are not usually on a wheelchair-friendly vehicle.  On my last trip, I was promised wheelchair accessible transfers that did not materialize, resulting in me actually being injured as some well intentioned guests attempted to lift me into a tour bus.  Trevor advocated for me and ensured I had a wheelchair accessible transfer on both ends of the vacation.  He took the extra time with me to review wheelchair accessible resorts.

Trevor is now my go-to guy for booking my trips.

Looking for a relaxing getaway?  Trevor is the guy to set you up.  We wanted a nice relaxing Adults Only all-inclusive in Mexico.  Trevor set us up, finding us a great deal with all the amenities we wanted.

Medical Trip - thank you!!!

Having had no success with our provincial healthcare system, we sought care for our complex care daughter overseas.  We thought we had everything figured out until we spoke with Trevor.  Thankfully, Trevor guided us through the complexities of medical screenings and requirements for mobility challenged, medically sensitive travellers.  His knowledge saved us from making some very expensive mistakes.  He even was able to arrange an ambulance to take us to and from the airports.  We can't thank you enough for getting us to where we needed to be, Trevor!

Amazing Trip - thank you soooo much!!!
